for and by young people with HIV

the right information will take away most of your worries

A life with HIV can involve a lot of questions, both for yourself and for those around you. And it's not always easy to find the right answers to those questions. Despite all the information your doctor or nurse has already given you, you're probably not entirely sure about everything.

And some of the information you have might even bring up new questions. In this informative section of Jongpositief.nl we want to present a few important topics in a way that is both easy to understand and up to date. That way, you can read through them leisurely, at your own pace. The topics include legal aspects and insurance, sexuality and relationships, support, the desire to have children and several others. What will my future be like? What things are going to change in my life? Who can I talk about it with?

If you have questions, either while reading this information or afterwards, don't hesitate to ask your doctor or nurse or to contact Hiv Vereniging Nederland in the Netherlands or Sensoa in Belgium. You can find the addresses and telephone numbers elsewhere on this site.
