feelings

Everything runs through your head. Your life, your family, your friends, your work, your sex life, everything. You think that everything will be different from now, then you realise that you have something other people don't have and are afraid of.

I saw my life turn upside down after hearing what I had. After reading up on this and meeting with other people who had a different hospital experience, I got the information I needed. This changed the way I thought about it.

You then realise that your life will really change, that you must adjust. But you can certainly live with it. There's a lot more you can still do. Enjoy life to the fullest, and get all that you can get out of it. With the support of loved ones, you regain a will to live and a positive outlook. All in all, life's worth the effort. It can go on as usual.
